At 24, I collapsed from seizures and, at worst, had up to 4-5 daily. After 11 years and 76 hospital visits with no diagnosis, I was finally diagnosed with an incurable brain disease at 35, followed by cervical cancer. Finding hope through support and my rescue dogs, I later experienced heart failure due to medication side effects. Encouraged by my husband, I stopped the medications, and a nurse introduced me to palliative care, which I now practice to help reduce reliance on medication in Japan.

Incorporating essential oils, minerals, and supplements into daily life can help build a resilient body and promote preventative health.

Since childhood, I’ve sensed the unseen, from spiritual presences to energies, which may have caused some of my struggles. I’ve nearly died four times, yet I’ve been given life by voices from above and connections with people. I believe I’m alive to fulfill a mission, so I live with gratitude, cherishing each connection. At 50, I made a bucket list. I believe that “just being alive is a gain.” Without life, we can do nothing. The future I face is shaped by my past, so I’ll continue with "happiness & enjoyment," treasuring this connection and moving forward with gratitude.
